Augment(Sp): 3+intmod /day, Ralkin can touch a creature and grant it a +2 enhancement bonus to any ability score(or +1 to natural armor) for 3 rounds.
Arcane Builder[constructs]: Ralkin makes Constructs 25% faster than normal.
Winding Touch: 3/day as a swift action, Ralkin can fully wind a clockwork device at a touch. This also 'winds' steampowered clockworks and Ioun tech clockworks.
Oracle Curse(promethean): Ralkin takes 1 point of Constitution damage each day, but he also ignore the first point of Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution damage for the remainder of that day.
Natural Divination(Ex): 1/day Ralkin can gain a +10 competence bonus to a single skill check.
Efficient Construction(Ex): Ralkin reduces the cost to create magic items and constructs by 25%.
Technic Spell Master(Ex): Ralkin automatically preparees the spells Greater Make Whole, Hidden Presence, and Antimagic Field each day without using a spell slot.
Arcane Battery(Su): As a standard action, Ralkin can transfer any number of hit points from himself to a clockwork device or construct via touch. This effectively functions as greater make whole except that it also damages Ralkin. He can transfer no more than his current hit points.
Study Technology(Ex): Ralkin can study a clockwork construct, item, or trap within 30 feet as a move action and attempt a Knowledge (engineering) check to identify it. If he succeeds, he gains a +4 competence bonus on attack rolls, combat maneuver checks, saving throws, and skill checks involving the studied creature, object, or trap, as well as a dodge bonus of the same amount against attacks from the subject of his study. This bonus lasts for intmod rounds. If he studies a new subject, he loses his bonus against the previous subject.
Unified Theory(18/day): 18/day Ralkin can draw power from a clockwork device or construct to cast a spell he currently has prepared without expending the spell. The maximum level of spell cast in this manner is equal to half (the clockwork's caster level +1) to a maximum of 9. Doing so to a construct effectively renders it stunned for 2 rounds per spell level.
Applied Learning: When Ralkin succeeds at a saving throw against an effect created by a clockwork creature or device that has reduced effects on a successful save, he instead avoids the effect entirely. He loses the benefit of this ability when Ralkin is flat-footed or helpless.
Recycle Constructs(Ex): Ralkin can use clockwork constructs as material components equal to their value for the purposes of crafting magic items, other constructs, or casting spells. Intelligent clockworks can make a DC 20 Will save to resist, unless they're already under Ralkin's control.
Command Clockwork(Sp): Ralkin can issue a command to a clockwork construct within 30 feet as a standard action 3/day. The command must be in a language the construct can understand. The construct can resist the effects of this ability by succeeding at a DC 20 Will save. This ability otherwise functions as suggestion, save that it is not mind-affecting and can only affect constructs with the clockwork subtype.

APPEARANCE
A strange tengu of average height, Ralkin wears flowing brown clothes that look like they would blend in well with natural rocks. His feathers are a gradient from red to gold to brown and medium sized horns curve out of his head and toward his back. He has two clockwork arms, one replacing his left arm, and one extending from his lower ribcage on the right hand side.
