Status
Status is a symbol of your social standing, financial stability, and ability to leverage your birth to your advantage.
Rolled For
Status is primarily rolled to attempt to influence creatures due to your social rank.
Difficulty Modifiers
DC begins at 0, each of the following adds +5.
- Bribe: You're attempting to bribe someone. This applies twice if they are particularly more wealthy than you.
- Bullying: The check involves attempting to leverage your status as a threat to someone such as threatening to have them arrested or mugged.
- Criminal: The check involves interactions with criminals or illegal topics.
- Dangerous: There is a significant risk of danger from the failure of the check, such as causing a combat or being arrested for impersonation or bribery.
- Elemental: The check is attempted against an elemental native. This applies two or even three times for particularly high status elemental creatures. Checks against Dragons automatically gain this three times.
- Once: The check can only be attempted once, no degrees of success, no recovery for failure. Counts as three.
- Override: The check involves attempting to overrule someone elses orders or coercing someone to do something against their nature. This applies multiple times the more dangerous or out of sort the request is.
- Professional: The check involves interactions with upstanding professionals.
- Standing: The check should not be necessary, but a particularly obtuse or hostile creature is blocking you unwarranted.

Ability ideas
If combat begins after you win a debate, some kind of boon. Double aid actions maybe?
